Essendon Fields House Opens
Essendon Fields House was opened on 12 February 2007. The new state of the art building is the first office complex within the Essendon Fields master planned business community and comprises three levels of office over one level of car parking with over 3600m² NLA of office space.
Of interest, the building has been built to achieve a four and a half star Australian Greenhouse Building Rating and to do this incorporates a number of design initiatives including additional insulation, performance glass and a 36,000 litre rainwater tank. We welcome Matthew Steer, our first new tenant into the new building. The Essendon Airport Management Centre is now located at Essendon Fields House.
